IDT 516 Group TRT Wiki:  Copyright

Group TRT consists of Leslie Roberts, (Mary) Annie Tillberg, and Larry Tingley.

Group TRT Topic:

Copyright is a serious issue.  It is important to consider when using and sharing resources, media and other information on the internet. We will be addressing the key issues of copyright compliance in the classroom and how students can be informed of their responsibilities toward copyright compliance.  Finally, we will discuss the appropriate consequences of non-compliance.

We have divided this project into six parts.  Part one is our organizational page, where we had a little fun with the wiki.  There is an introduction and history on copyright followed by a section on informing students of their responsibilities and concluded with a section on the consequences of non-compliance.  This will all be done on a collaborative tool called a "wiki".

We have begun our presentation with a bit of whimsy on our organizational page. The wiki can be navigated using the sidebar or the link(s) provided at the bottom of each page.  We hope that you will find this wiki enjoyable as well as informative.  Group TRT (Tingley, Roberts, Tillberg) is looking forward to seeing how the other wikis all turn out.  It was quite an experience; enjoyable as well as educational since it was something to which we had little exposure.
